Vox Group this week announced the new opening of its new service desk inside the Louvre museum in Paris. The company sees it as a major advance of its tourist services and logistics support for tour groups and guides in the French capital.

Hundreds of new devices are now available at the desk, which is conveniently located in the entrance of the museum, directly accessible from the coach parking area. Tour guides can easily gather their groups here, where they may hand out the devices before beginning their tour. At the end of their Louvre experience, head-sets can be dropped off at the counter before returning to their vehicle.
Daniele Marchesiello, Managing Director of Vox France, added “The desk will initially offer full-service tour guide amenities, with pick-up and drop-off facilities. Vox digital services are set to follow in 2020”.
